Have you tried wga.hu searching in those times? or that Tudor portraits page?

There are two images of Margaret Tudor from the early 1500s, but since I can't give you an exact date (and some may be from after her 1503 marriage to James IV, which would make them Scottish and not English), I'm not sure if they'll help.
